1. Packaging: We pack your items in a completely opaque high strength un-tearable poly bag. Invoice will be sent along with the package. If the package is open on arrival, kindly do not accept the delivery.

2. Delivery: Orders will normally be dispatched within 3 to 7 Business days and Delivery of the product will be within 7-14 Business days. However, if delays happen due to the festivities, pandemic restrictions, the buyer will receive intimations in form of a mail or message or both.

Delivery delays due to customer unavailability or discrepancies in billing address or failures in providing contact number for delivery is not in our control. Delivery to certain areas e.g., Northeastern states, J&K, Ladakh and other areas in Hills etc. may have a longer delivery period due to lack of accessibility, weather conditions, security reasons etc. In case of cities dealing with law-and-order situations, delivery of courier might get temporarily effected.
