Return Policy

Return request can be placed by contacting our support team via Email within 3 days of receipt of your shipment. Returns/ Exchange accepted only in case of damaged or defective items. Photos and unboxing video are required during requesting for Return/ Exchange.

The item delivered has to be returned in original condition unwashed, unworn and in original folding, packaging with tags intact, along with the invoice.

No cash refunds. If the payment mode was Cash On Delivery (COD), we will refund the money in BellspireWallet which can be used at www.bellspire.com for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
